Hi! My name is Margot, but you can call me Meg! I was born in 2006 and i'm from Italy.I'll mainly be using this site to manage commissions, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!I' d also like to thank everyone who appreciates my art, supports me and helps me grow <3

If you've made it this far, thank you so much for your interest in my work!• By commissioning me you automatically agree to my Terms of service.
• Before commissioning me please be sure to read everything throughly so we can avoid misunderstandings.
• If you'd like to commission me, i encourage you to browse through my Instagram for a bit of an overview.Important:
For now, the commissions are intended solely for personal use.

How does the commission process work?

For digital commissions:1. Fill in the commission form and wait for me to contact you to approve or reject your request.
2. Once approved, depending on exactly what you'd like, we'll discuss the price and start brainstorming ideas; at that point, I'll let you know the final cost.
3. I'll produce a sketch and show it to you before I start colouring it in.
4. Payment will be made via PayPal or PostePay according to the following schedule:
- Initial phase before the sketch: 50%
- Midpoint / Coloring: 25%
- Final work: 25%
5. Once the commission is complete, i'll email you the file.

-The actual price may increase depending on any extras, the context, and any changes; if that's the case, we'll discuss it together and you'll be informed before you make the payment.
- If you want to add more than one character (maximum 8), the cost is 5€ / 6$ extra per character. .

Terms of service

GENERAL INFO/RULES
- As I will be kind to you, please also be kind and respectful.
- I may have some personal commitments, but even if that weren't the case, please be patient.
- Please do not complain about my prices and I do not offer discounts for the time being – Art takes a lot of time, passion and commitment and everyone can set the price they want, even if sometimes they do not meet others' expectations.
- IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED to trace, modify, create a base, copy, or claim the commissioned artwork as your own. No NFT or AI use allowed.
- I reserve the right to refuse or request removal of any commission that i deem suitable or not in accordance with my terms or that you have shown to be problematic in any way.
- You do not have permission to take credit for my art or remove my signature.
- I have the right to increase the price if the artwork includes extras – (of course you will be informed in advance)
- Above all, the important thing is that you may like and be satisfied with the final work :)PAYMENTS
- Payment is via PayPal and PostePay (If you have any problems with it, please tell me).
- Payment will be made in the following installments:
Initial phase before the sketch: 50%
Intermediate phase / coloring: 25%
Final work: 25%
- Please note that if you are a minor, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and payment must be made directly by them.
- My drawings always come with a watermark to protect me.ADJUSTMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS
- A maximum of 3 free edits are permitted (if this limit is exceeded, the price may increase)DELIVERY
- As regards turnaround times, I'll to complete the work within a week, if possible; if I’m very busy or if there are other orders in the queue, delivery may take a little longer.
- Delivery will be via email and the file will be a PNG and JPGCOPYRIGHT
- I hold all rights to the work! You may only use it for private purposes, such as reposting (with credit), etc. If you’re unsure, please ask for my permission first.
- As the artist, I hold all rights to the artwork.
- As the artist, provided I have given my consent, I have the right to use the artwork as I see fit, for example by posting it on my page, using it in banners, etc. However, the patron may be credited in the captions. If you wish the images to remain private, please let me know.
- Patrons may use the works for personal use only.
- Commissions are not intended for commercial use.
- Do not claim credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Do not remove my signature or watermark. A watermarked version will also be provided for you to upload!
- Please credit the artist correctly when using my artworkPRIVACY
- All personal data provided (e.g. name, email, private messages, etc.) will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Your data will never be shared with third parties.
- The information will be used exclusively for purposes related to the commission (e.g. dispatch or communications regarding the progress of the work)
- If you wish to have your data deleted once the commission is complete, you may request this at any time.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Payments made for stages that have already been approved and completed are strictly non-refundable, as they cover the labor and time already spent on the artwork.
- If you decide to cancel the commission during the sketch phase, 25% of the total price is non-refundable to cover the sketching time, and the remaining 25% of your deposit will be refunded.
- If you decide to cancel the commission during the intermediate stage, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the 25% paid for this stage will be partially refunded depending on how much work has been done.
- IMPORTANT: Once the final stage begins (rendering, rendering details, advanced textures, and lighting), the commission cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, as the most labor-intensive part of the process has already started.
- In the event of cancellation at any stage, you will have no right to use, publish, print, or display the preview files, concepts, or sketches sent up to that point.Thank you for reading my terms! By commissioning me, you agree to everything listed above.
